Seven points, written plainly
Terms of every request: how a ride gets reserved and who answers for it
Seven points cover every request sent to the office by form, phone or email: who carries the ride, whose fixed rate you accept, when a reservation exists and where your payment goes. The moment that matters most is the car company's written confirmation: before it nothing is reserved, and after it the ride is the company's to carry.

1. Who handles your request
CE Travel Services LLC is a Missouri limited liability company with a booking office at 1627 Main St, Suite 300, Kansas City, MO 64108. The office takes requests for a private ride between a place in the Kansas City metro and MCI, in either direction, and asks local car companies for a written fare. The request form is open 24/7.
2. Who carries you and answers for it
The car company that confirms your pickup carries the ride. It supplies the car and the driver, drives you, and is responsible to you for everything from the pickup to the drop-off. On a snow or ice morning it may ask to move the pickup earlier, and the fare stays as written. The office's part is the request itself: getting the written fare to you, passing your yes to the company's office, and answering questions about either.
3. Your yes accepts a fixed rate
Each written fare belongs to the car company, and so does the rate in it. For the ride itself it starts from the figure shown for your place and car on the fares page, a figure that covers the drive, fuel, the car for you alone and the waiting time the written fare names after your flight lands. A gratuity if a company's rate adds one, a second stop, waiting past that named time, the airport trip fee if the company adds one, or a child seat if the company charges for it appears as its own line, and you see every line before you decide. Your yes accepts the fare as written, and it stays a fixed rate for that ride whatever the traffic.
4. Reserved only once the company confirms
Sending the form, calling or writing starts a request; it does not hold a car. Nothing is booked or reserved in your name until the car company confirms the pickup to you in writing. Write as soon as you know the flight; around Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year and the spring school breaks, a week or two ahead helps the office find a free car, and a later request still gets a plain answer about whether a company has one. Nothing is shipped or posted to you: you receive the ride itself, at the pickup time the company confirms in writing, and the written fare by email.
Before your yes, you may withdraw a request at any time and nothing is owed. After it, the car company's own cancellation terms apply; they are printed in its written fare, so you read them before your yes. The changes and cancellations page has the details.
5. Your money goes to the car company
You pay the car company that drove you, and that company hands you the receipt. The office is paid by the car company too, a set amount for each reservation it passes on. Nothing on this site asks for a card number, and anyone who phones you about a request says who they are, whether they speak for the office or the company, and how to call back.
6. Conduct in the car, and your bags
Inside the car, the company's own rules apply. Be ready at the pickup time on the written confirmation, wear a seat belt, and treat the car and the driver with care. A sedan seats up to 3 passengers and an SUV up to 6. So the company can quote for a car that fits your party, put these on the request, in the note or the matching box:
- every bag, and anything long or bulky
- a service animal riding with you
- a child seat, from the company or your own
- a vehicle with a ramp or lift, which the company confirms in writing before your yes
7. Raising a problem, and Missouri law
If something went wrong, write to pickups@cetravelservices.com with the date, the pickup place and the company on your confirmation, or call +1 (816) 842-4783 Monday to Thursday from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. or Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., Central time; on Saturday and Sunday the form takes it. A problem with the drive, the car or a charge on the receipt is the company's to put right, since it carried you and took the payment; the office passes your complaint to that company, keeps a written record of it and tells you how to reach the company directly.
Missouri law governs these terms and any dispute over how the office handled a request. The ride itself also follows the company's own terms printed in its written fare. The office may revise these points; a request is handled under the version that stood on this page on the day it was sent, and the date at the top shows the last change.
